Barbara A Bennett, "Babs" (nee Love), age 78, of North Cape May, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 19, 2014. Barbara was the wife of the late Gordon Bennett, and beloved mother of: Barbara (Jeffrey) Berger, Deborah (Michael) Cappella, William Harty, and James Harty. She was the grandmother of David & Andrew Berger. Barbara is also survived by: her sister Fleurette McBreen, her twin sister Elizabeth Fortunato, many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters: Helene Sinnott, Joan Klossman, and Lorraine Mohr. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service at St Mary's Cemetery, 1056 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Barbara's memory to a charity of your choosing.
