Jackie, Ashley and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I was one of the office staff (sheriff's sales, retired 2010). I have some great memories of Frank. when he first started the legal staff worked in a office at the jail Frank would come in to get his pay checks with his best friend wrapped around his neck (a snake)In later years I worked in the bldg. across from the jail, than he and I would talk about "the dogs". Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. everybody something to talk about.
