Obituary of Dolores Sweeney

Dolores Sweeney,89, Villas NJ, entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 23rd at Cooper Medical Center- Camden. Born August 28, 1935 in Philadelphia PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Edna Brearey. Dolores was a member of St. Raymond Roman Catholic Church, Villas. She volunteered her time working at the Millman Senior Center in the Villas. When she wasn't volunteering her time, she was spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband the late Joseph Sweeney (1992); grandson Mark; sisters Theresa Brearey and Margaret Murphy and brother Richard Brearey. Dolores will be forever missed by her sons, Joseph, William, Dennis, Mark and Brian; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brothers Albert Brearey, Jr., Joseph Brearey and James Brearey; sister Elizabeth Myarick; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, December 7 at Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from Noon until the time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, Dolores preferred donations be made in her name to the ARC of Cape May County PO Box 255 South Dennis NJ 08245.
