I remember long ago when she was on the campaign with Bobby. We had just suffered through the loss of President Jack Kennedy and now this. I will never forget the life that Mrs Kennedy lived afterwards and I can't imagine the trauma she had for herself and the children. She was a tower of strength and kept the family together. She deserved so much more than what my family alone could give her let alone the gratitude our nation had for her. I don't think there will ever be the recognition of the Kennedy family in the US again.
"In short, there's simply not
A more congenial spot
For happily-ever-aftering than here
In Camelot."
My condolences to you and your family, Namaste.

I loved meeting her at the Hyatt function in Indy almost 30 years ago. She always made you feel special. Many prayers to each of you, she definitely shared many years with us thankfully. Sorry for your loss.

Christmas was one of Mommom’s favorite holidays. I think mainly because she was surrounded by family, by the kids, and was truly happy getting to see everyone celebrating together. From Christmas Eve parties at their Apple Blossom Lane house, to the Christmas parties at Aunt Kathy’s or Mikey’s houses, she loved them all. They always consisted of a Mommom gift and she would make sure she had something for everyone. We would laugh at some of the outrageous gifts she used to get us as kids, but as we got older, I started to really love the thought and care she put into each gift. Necklaces with our initials, socks with dogs on them, winter hats and gloves. She loved shopping and was always browsing Amazon for something. She was so thoughtful and always made sure to include everyone and I loved her for that. When we were kids, on Christmas morning, we had to wait for mommom and poppop to get to the house before we could open our presents. As a child, the wait was painful, but looking back, I love that we shared that tradition with them. It will continue to be a holiday that reminds me of her, her generosity, and family.

Mommom never batted an eye when we'd have to bring our entire brood of animals down to Cape May with us. She loved having them as much as she loved having us. This past summer after staying with her for 2 weeks, she came up with every excuse possible so we wouldn't head home. "The weather might get bad." "The dogs are too tired to travel." "The traffic won't be great, you should go tomorrow.." We loved our summer vacations spent with Mommom at her house every August for 8 years. I've never been a big hugger, I let Laura do the hugging while I wave and make my exits, but a few years ago Mommom looked me in the eye and said, "you can hug me too, ya know." I never missed a chance to hug her after that. She became a bonus grandma to me and I won't ever be able to thank her enough for always accepting me into her family. We loved her so much and we're going to miss her immensely. Luna and Krieger definitely do as well.

My Mom was one of a kind ! She loved her kids and all her grandkids and great grandchildren! Family was everything thing to her. Being an only child and looking at the Family she created is amazing! Her heart was broken when my dad passed today they are back together. I am sure she is worried about us now. Every day when I stopped for lunch we would talk about family and what they were doing. I miss my mom and our conversation that we had every day! Rest in peace give Dad a hug for me ! Love you for ever!! Michael

I’ll always remember the drives down to drop her off with Uncle Mike. We would just chat the entire time about life and a lot of poppop. I wish we were able to do more of those drives. But I’m happy I got 34 years with her.

My mom, was loving, determined, stubborn and courageous never afraid to try new things. She decided to go roller skating in her 60’s after years of not doing it. I told her I didn’t think it was a good idea. But she did it and broke not one wrist but 2. We went to florida about 2 weeks later in Disney world and we were camping when in the shower I was helping her and she made me cut off part of the cast that was on her wrist. That’s who she was.
But above all she Loved her children and grandchildren, I will miss her voice and her phone calls. I will miss her forever love you mom

Aunt Ethel was a wonderful person who always opens her heart and home to anyone no matter who you were or where you were from.
I remember the puppets they sold and the projects she was always doing but most recently i’m gonna miss the phone calls to help her with her iPad,tv,cable etc lol.
And the forehead video was the best.
You are and will forever be loved and missed. I love you.
