Obituary of Rita G. Sanguinetti

Rita "Forte" Sanguinetti, born May 27th 1938 left her earthly vessel and ascended into the kingdom of Heaven greeted by her loving husband Eugene. She was surrounded by her family.
Born in Philadelphia, she moved to North Wildwood where she and her husband raised a family, and operated their business the Lilly Courts Motel, where they also resided.
The family ran their motel for over 20 years where they met many people who became not only customers, but close friends. These years produced many heartfelt memories for them.
Rita and Gene raised 3 children, Gina, Richard, and Eugene "Sarge", who made a life in North Wildwood for many years. The family remained close by to which Sunday and Holiday meals at "Mom's house" were plentiful and memorable.
Rita enjoyed cooking, bowling, and spending time reading her bible and meditating with Christ. She had a calling and chose to dedicate much of her time volunteering for Hope Pregnancy center to counsel young women.
Rita was preceded in death by her husband Eugene. She is survived by her children Gina, Richard (Donna), and Eugene "Sarge"(Susan). Her grandchildren, Shannon Feltwell (Rob), Stephanie Pecora (Steve), Andrea Dubens (Jon), Brandi Pidcock (Travis), Eric Sanguinetti, Joseph Sidebotham (Vicky), and Michael Sidebotham, along with many Great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Rita spent her final last few months in Fountain Springs at Cape May, where many wonderful and caring staff members provided Rita with excellent and attentive care. It was quite obvious that Rita left a lasting impression.
Memorial services will be held at Evoy Funeral Home, Inc. 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May on Tuesday, October 1st at 11:00 am. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00. Graveside ceremony will be private.
