I didn't know Nan long, but for what little time I knew her, she felt like an extra grandmother for me. We bonded over being military brats and both having spent a lot of time in Texas (Go Cowboys!) She was so sweet and loving, and she will be remembered fondly by all who knew her, even if it was just for a season.

A nana is a grandmother who is so much more. She’s your favorite babysitter and she knows which tv dinner is your favorite. She’s your biggest fan and saves all of your playbills from middle school. She’ll tease you when her team wins when it’s football time. She’ll show up to surprise you at the big game. She’ll bake you treats that are so sweet, but not as sweet as she is. She’ll be your best friend. That’s who Nan was. Where she goes, she’ll carry a piece of my heart. Thank you for the memories and helping me grow into the person I am today.

Patty was one of the most gracious, kind, and soft spoken ladies. She always had a smile and gentle way about her that just made you feel welcome. She loved her children and grandchildren and they her. Rest in peace, Sister-in-law.

I will forever love you and miss you, Nan! You gave me everything and more in life. I will always remember all the times we shared together. I cannot thank you enough, and I am extremely grateful for a grandmother like you. You made the impossible possible for us Sees kids. You never missed a birthday card. You loved nothing more than surprising us with your presence. I will miss the hugs and unconditional love. I loved nothing more than pranking you especially asking you to order the large nuggest at 5:00 AM. I am proud and lucky to have been your grandson. Love and miss you forever, my angel on Earth and now in the sky. Love Mike
