Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Georgann?
A: Genuine…Kind….Loving….Inspiring…those are just some of the words I think we can all use to describe Georgann. Some of my fondest memories of her were when I’d come back to Cape May a couple times a year from my home in Nebraska to see all my family and friends. I’ll always remember every time I’d walk into Mike’s house, Georgann would be the first one at the door to greet me with a big hug and just be so excited to see us again. Christmas time was always the best. We would play board games at the table and Georgann would have little prizes for the winners like lottery tickets and money to hand out. She always took that extra step to just make things a little bit better for everyone. She always brought a smile to my face everytime I got to see her and I’m going to miss that so much. Our daughter Ava was born this past June and Mike was telling me Georgann was so excited to meet her when we were planning on coming back this upcoming January. I know she’s with her in spirit and watching over her now. We are going to miss you so much, Georgann. We love you.

Georgann I was so shocked to hear of your passing. I miss you so much. We had so many fun times together, so many laughs and some tears as well. You were one of the most caring and selfless people that I've ever known. I know you had a lot on your plate these past few years but I hope you thought of me as often as I thought of you. Rest in eternal peace my friend. Ethel and Lucy forever ❤️
