Anne M. Ahrndt, age 84, of Erma passed away peacefully Saturday, March 22, 2014 at her home. Anne was born September 18, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA and has been a Cape May area resident for 15 years. She is the daughter of the late Frank and the late Ida Kirby. Anne was employed by Mellon Bank, Philadelphia, PA as a Secretary. She is survived by three daughters: Mary (John) Wright, Nancy (Matthew) Kelleher, & Thea Ahrndt; and two sons: Robert (Stephanie) Ahrndt, & Edward (Denise) Ahrndt. Also surviving are: her sister Dorothy Kirby; 15 Grandchildren; and 10 Great Grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am on Friday, March 28, 2014 at St. John Neumann Parish, St. John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Road, N Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
