Obituary of William H Lennox

WILLIAM LENNOX (BIG BILL) 76, of the Villas passed away on July 11, 2024. He was born to Henry & Olga Lennox on June 15, 1948 in the Cramer Hill area of Camden. Bill joined the Navy and served from January 1969 through August of 1973. He retired after 25 years as a corrections officer at Bayside State Prison. After retiring, he worked at the Lower Township courts as a bailiff until 2014. Bill loved spending time with his wife, Carol, family, friends and their various pugs throughout the years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved his Philadelphia sports (Eagles and Phillies). Bill is preceded in death by both of his parents, Henry and Olga Lennox. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol (Glass), of 36 years, sister Suzie Sahina (Gene) of Myrtle Beach, SC; niece Deanna Sahina of Eastampton, NJ; nephew Kevin Sahina (Dana) of Maple Shade, NJ, and his pug Connery. Interment will be private.
