Diane Wareham, born on July 9, 1980, passed away on July 11, 2024 at the age of 44. Diane's life was a testament to love, resilience, and an unwavering spirit that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Predeceased by her beloved father, Willis Wareham, and cherished daughter, Ashley Jackson, and her children's father Ronald Jackson. Diane leaves behind a legacy of warmth and compassion. She is survived by her loving mother, Diane McCarthy (Patrick McCarthy) and her devoted stepmother, Charlotte Wareham. Diane's memory lives on through her children Alyssa Jackson, Ronald Jackson and Ariella Tomes, as well as through her adored granddaughter, Malia (Mimi) Melendez. She is also survived by her life partner Ryan Tomes.

Diane was a beloved sister to Willis Wareham (Nicholina), Joseph Wareham (Dee-Anna), Mackenzee Wareham, Jackie Mullen, Stacey Mullen, Tom Mullen (Brooke), Patrick McCarthy (Melissa), Michael McCarthy (Tiffany), Jason McCarthy (Carol) and Mark McCarthy (Tina). Her children and family (both blood and chosen) were her pride and joy. She was a treasured aunt to so many nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Diane's vibrant personality and generous spirit made her a friend to countless individuals. She was always ready to help and care for others. Her ability to persevere through life's challenges was truly inspiring.

A celebration of Diane's life will be held at Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May on Monday, July 22. Friends and family may arrive between 10 a.m and 11 a.m. Service will follow at 11 a.m. May her legacy of kindness through her struggles inspire others to continue in spite of one's adversity. It is the family's request that everyone wear green, if possible, in tribute to Diane's favorite color.
