Barbara was special, so professional and helpful to me and how she guided my family through the process of securing our lands to be free of developement for the future in Cape May County. A long process, but with her steady hand, help, guidance, and care, the job got done as we had hoped. I had known her for years and Junior as well, and when the time came that help was needed, there she was like an awaiting guide and friend. She has always held a special place in our hearts. Rest in Peace old friend. Janice and I promise not to forget.
