Obituary of Barbara Ann Frank

Barbara Ann Lincoln Frank, 87, of Rio Grande, passed away on Friday, April 26th. Barbara was born on December 29, 1936 to Russell and Ruth Lincoln in Collingdale, Pa. She was the youngest of 5 children. After graduating Business School, she went on to work at a few companies in the Philadelphia area until meeting her husband, William (Bill) Frank of 63 years at the Jersey Shore. Barbara and Bill were married on October 29, 1960. They went on to have 5 children, Bill (Jacque), Greg (Joanne), Pam O'Leary (Tom), Linda Kelley (Shaun) and Tom (Kristen). Her love was to take care of her family. It wasn't until her youngest was off to school that she went back to work at Middle Township School District for about 25 years. Although she enjoyed her years at Elementary #1, her retirement came only to go back to take care of the next generation. She and Bill both played integral roles in their 10 grandchildren's lives: Ashley (Jake), Diane (Steve), Kelly (Matt), Gregory (Devyn), Ryan, Emily, Brenden, Tommy, Lexie and Dylan. They all were a sparkle in her eye. She also has 6 Great Grandchildren: Abby, Wyatt, Caden, Benjamin, Everett and Ila Ann She left a mark on anyone she met. She truly was an angel here on earth. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Russel and Ruth Lincoln, her brothers and sister, Russell, Elizabeth, Frederick and Thomas (Buddy). She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great children and several nieces and nephews. A Private service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your children's charity/organization of choice…Barbara felt strongly about helping others but always held a special place for children.
