A beautiful, nurturing, generous, no non-sense, tell-it-like-it-is Friend. You are dearly missed, Sheila. I will continue cherishing the lovely times we spent together, walking and brushing Mackenzie and Maia, playing Jenga, monopoly, puzzles and teaching me how to play Rumi. Your encouragement when I was running or performing still warms my heart. And you never shied away from lending a hand with my gardens – I have the Lilly of the Valley, the Wedding Bells as you called them – to remind me. May you rest in peace, Sheila, heaven gained an Angel, I know you are looking over your loved ones, the children, and all animal souls are surrounding you above us.
