Marjory Clark nee O'Brien, 97 of Villas, NJ, passed away on March 23, 2024.
She was born to Georgina and William in Philadelphia, PA on January 23, 1927. She grew up in Philadelphia while attending Philadelphia High School for Girls and later some college courses.
She married her late husband Edward T. Clark in 1947 and the two of them together raised their 4 daughters: Regina, Rita, Margie and Eileen. After Ed's retirement in 1984, the two of them relocated to South Jersey, where they've been ever since.
Marjory was formerly a Eucharistic Minister with St. Raymond's church and volunteered with the Good Samaritans as well.
She is predeceased by her husband, Ed, both of her parents, as well as her great-grandson, Joey Schwab.
She leaves behind all four of her daughters, Regina Brophy, Rita Miller, Margie (Gary) Stone, and Eileen Clark, 6 grandchildren, James (Jennifer) Brophy, Tara Brophy, Casey (Mike) Cono, Eric Miller, Jeffrey Miller, and Angela (Joe) Schwab, 8 great-grandchildren, Samantha Kim-Brophy, Heather Brophy, Julian Grofcsik, Jake Brophy, Emilee Miller, Jeffrey Miller, Rachel Schwab, Maddie Schwab, and 1 great-great-grandchild, Vivienne Dill.
Funeral services will be held at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., North Cape May, NJ, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, with the public calling at 6:30pm and the service at 7:30pm. Her internment will occur Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA at 11:00.
In lieu of flowers, Marjory's family is asking donations be made to the Cape May County Department of Aging 3801 Rt 9 South Unit 4 Rio Grande NJ 08242.
