Romeo J. DiFilippo 82, left for paradise, leaving behind his loving wife and children on March 7, 2014.. He was in the US Navy during the Korean war and then worked at Boeing-Vertol in Ridley Park for over 30 years. He was a fun loving, hard working family man who loved Sinatra and was a lifelong fan of the NY Yankees and the Green Bay Packers. Preceded in death by his sister, Carmela Marchesani (Louis). Survived by his loving wife, Josephine (nee Pallini). Loving father of Mary Angela Liberto (Denis), Michael DiFilippo, Teresa Santangelo (Joseph) and Donna Sepulveda (Angelo). Loving grandfather of Elizabeth Liberto (Daniel O'Hare), Dominic Liberto (Jennifer). Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, March 11. 2014 from 10:00am -1:00pm at the EVOY FUNERAL HOME,.3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May.. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:30pm on Tues., at Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Washington Street Mall, Cape May . Burial will follow at Cape May County Veterans Cem. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association , S. J. Chapter, 3 Eves Drive Marlton, Suite 310, NJ 08053.. .
