Obituary of William T Browne Jr.

William T. Browne Jr., aged 71, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Although his passing brings us sadness, his life brought great joy to many. His tireless dedication to being a husband, father, brother, son, uncle, grandfather, teacher, and friend touched the lives of all he encountered. We will always smile when we see a sunrise or sunset, a piece of sea glass on the beach, a cow, or a Lionel train display. What was evident to everyone he met was his overwhelming love of family. He is survived by his beloved wife of over 35 years, Kathy. As well as his children Kaitlin and Peter, and Ben and Kate. Bill's greatest joy in life was having three wonderful grandsons: Holden, Damon, and Conor, who affectionately called him 'Pop'. They brought immense pride and pleasure into his life, and he didn't go a day without laughing or smiling about something they did or said. He shared close bonds with Maryellen and David, Jimmy and Beth, Monica and George, and Michael and Erin. He is also survived by his siblings Pamela and Joseph, Bonny and Jay, Ellen and Douglas, Timothy and Jill, and Patrick and Diane, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Joan. The family will host a memorial service at a future date to be determined.
