Margaret A "Peggy" Taylor Obituary

Margaret A. "Peggy" Taylor, 78, formerly of Cape May County, entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 4th at her daughter's residence in Amarillo TX.



Born March 10, 1945 in Philadelphia PA, she was the daughter of the late Herbert George and Margaret Helen (Healy)N Baldwin.



Peggy was a 1963 graduate of Haverford High School, Havertown PA. After moving to Cape May County, she became active in St. John of God RC Church where she taught CCD, was a Spirit Player, former President of the Legion of Mary and a member of the Christ Child Society. She was also a member of the DAV and the American Legion.



In addition to her parents, she was preceded by the love of her life the late Thomas A. Taylor who died August 16, 2018.



Peggy is survived by her daughters Theresa Helen (Taylor) Harper and Linda M. Hoover (nee Taylor); 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and her best friends Sandy Boston and Lucille Perricone.



Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 13 at 11AM at the Parish of St. John Neumann Church of St. John of God 680 Townbank Road North Cape May. Rev. Miles Barrett, Off. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 10AM until 10:45AM. Interment will follow on the grounds of Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery 127 Crest Haven Road Cape May Court House NJ. Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road has been entrusted with arrangements.
