Obituary of Patricia C McElfresh

Patricia C. McElfresh, 71, Erma, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 7 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Cape May County, Patricia was born in Fishing Creek to the late Vincent W. Smith, Sr. and the late Martha Jane Smith. She was a graduate of Lower Cape May High School. She was retired in 2011 after 37 years of working as a meat clerk for Shoprite in Rio Grande and Somers Point. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Julie, Dylan, David and Cheyanne and great grandchildren Daniel, Parklynn and Xaviar and looked forward to her 2 new great grandchildren due this year. She also enjoyed her time shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dale E. McElfresh, Jr.; a son David Vincent McElfresh Sr.; brothers Robert, Vincent and Frederick Smith. Patricia will be forever missed by her children Stacey C. Wagner (Vincent C Wagner) and Frederick D. McElfresh; grandchildren; great grandchildren; brother Roger W. Smith (Barbara); her shopping companion Joanne Smith; and her fur babies Luna and RoxieBear. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, January 17 at 11AM on the grounds of Cold Spring Cemetery. Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May has been entrusted with arrangements.
