Our deepest condolences to your family. My husband has known Patti for many years, but I just became friendly about 5 years ago. Every time I ran into Patti, she said, "hey, why don't you come over?" She always welcomed us into her life. She loved all around her and I loved that special story of when she helped the animals caught in the sewer - when everyone else was about to give up. RIP my friend, you were a sweetheart.
