Dear Ann and family. We are very sorry to hear this sad news about Uncle Eddie’s passing. I’m very sorry for your loss. May he RIP.
As a young child I can remember being pulled out of school early so our family could go to the bus station to pick him up when he came home from the service. I can remember being so proud of him. I will always remember those beautiful silk PJs that you brought home for us girls and that Huge doll you had given Chery. It was as big as her. I think we all took it in to school for show and tell. Deb still has your military shovel. We don’t remember what happened to your helmet? Although we drifted apart with time, those memories I will cherish and you will never be forgotten. Patty
