I went to school with Fran and she was always the life of the party but also kind, sweet and thoughtful! Now sadly our friend Linda also just passed, I feel so sad for the passing of these two beautiful women who loved life and lived it to the fullest!
May God Bless their families!❣️Nora Kelly

My sister and I adored Frannie. Her wonderful sense of humor and sincere compassion for her family and friends always shone through. She would so often lend a sympathetic ear and offer what help she could for others. When I see the Monarch butterflies this year I will remember how she was so concerned about their perilous future, wanting to help. Peace and healing for her loving family.

I am really sad to hear today that Franny died. We haven't seen each other in some time as our lives took different turns but I still considered her a friend. I worked with her at one time, lived in an apartment above her, shared mutual friends and had some good times with "crazy franny" as she was sometimes affectionately called. Some good stories too! She was a genuine, funny and caring person and she will be missed. RIP

I m so sorry , i miss here , i was supposed to stop by her place on Monday, but she pasted Saturday.
I m going to miss her , she had the way with her scissor .

I did not meet my Aunt Frances until the 1960's. My mom was her sister, but Frances was younger than me. Distance was a problem as I lived in Texas. My sister, Linda, and Sue who live in The Villas had a wonderful relationship with our Aunt Frances. She was quick to laugh and loved her family. I know her children and grandchildren loved her very much. I'm sure her brother, Leslie, and sister, Harriet are having a big reunion in Heaven. No suffering, no pain and a smiling Frances in Heaven waiting for the rest of those who loved her. Condolences to Laura, John, Rochelle and extended family.

Fran was someone that cut my hair for many years. She was so much more than that to me. We shared many conversations and personal thoughts and stories. I know how deeply she loved her kids and especially her many grandchildren. I am so saddened to hear that she has passed. She always had a warm smile and I never left an appointment without a hug. I will miss her beyond words.
