Obituary of Marjorie Madonna

Marjorie Madonna, age 66, of Villas passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014. Marjorie was born April 28, 1947 in Hackensack, NJ and has been a Cape May area resident since 1985. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Virginia (Gelok) Kilcoyne. Marjorie was most known for being a Child Care Provider who especially enjoyed caring for family members. Marge was an avid and creative gardener, loved walking the Bay and Ocean beaches, fishing on her sons' boat, baking (especially Christmas cookies), sitting on her patio watching and feeding the birds, and knitting. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Pasquale, 3 brothers, 1 sister, and 1 nephew. She is survived by two daughters: Antoinette Madonna & Marjorie (Jack Porter) Madonna; two sons: Pat Madonna & Ryan Madonna; and one grandson Aidan. Also surviving are 3 brothers: Patrick, David & James and their wives; 3 sisters: Virginia, Hannah, & Agnes and their husbands; her Aunt Betty; and many nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service at 1:00 pm on Monday, February 17 at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
