I had the pleasure of being Carmine's primary nurse on day shift for the last year in a half. In the short time I was able to take care of him I knew he was someone special. Carmine was the sweetest man and always had something to say. He was constantly trying to get up and walk even when his legs wouldn't work. Food was his best friend, he ate everything and anything. Carmine will be missed so. In his final days he looked so peaceful.
