Born November 19, 1982 in Puerto Rico, he was the son of Elizabeth Torres.
He worked construction as a roofer.
In addition to his mother Frankie is survived by his son Julien Sola; siblings Christian Torres, Emanuel Torres and Pamela Torres; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May has been entrusted with arrangements.
