Kyle Robert McDonald, age 44 of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away peacefully with his mother by his side, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, after a long illness. He was born in Sayre, PA growing up in the tranquility of the mountains in Dushore, PA. He then resided in Cleveland, TN before relocating to Cape May Court House for the past 9 years. Kyle was preceded in death by his father Robert "Bobby" McDonald, paternal grandparents Agatha (nee Hembury) & Henry Aldridge, Gerald McDonald, maternal grandparents Claire (nee Smith) & Harold Boyer; Aunt Maureen Flynn, Uncle Kevin McDonald, and cousin Mark McDonald.
He is survived by his beloved mother Claire Stacy Boyer (Ralph); maternal uncles Harold "Buddy" Boyer (JoAnn); Scott Boyer (Donna); special cousins (Uncle) Mark Boyer (Suzi); Alexander Smith; sister Vanessa Teetsel (Timothy); nephews Tylor McDonald (Megan); Ayden Teetsel; niece Morgan Wojciechowski (Eric); paternal aunt Sharon Worthington "Wolfy"; Cousins Shannon, Patrick, Colleen, Maureen, Wesley, Challa, Beth, Shawn, Teal, Kaila, Marina, Cristy, and Josh. His beloved kitty Bain will forever miss his Master Kyle.
His respectful Tennessee southern charm showed through, Yes ma'am, was his common lingo. Kyle had a kind soul.
He worked during the high season at Tony's Produce loading and delivering produce to local business establishments.
When the tourist season was over, he returned to assisting his Uncle Mark in his well-equipped garage, restoring vintage vehicles, and helping family, friends, and neighbors with automotive challenges, often for home-baked goods. He was a huge fan of bonfires encircled by friendship, love, and laughter.
