Joseph M. Konz, age 48 of Cape May passed away on Tuesday December 27, 2022 after a long illness.. Born in Red Bank, N.J., he was raised and attended school in Brick, N.J. Joe was employed as a foreman with Morano Landscaping Company in Brick before relocating to Cape May. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fan and fisherman. He had a very warm and friendly personality and was an attentive, helpful and well-liked friend to his neighbors young and old alike.
Joe is survived by his parents Thomas and Nancy Konz of Cape May. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 525 Washington St. Cape May, N.J. 08204. Condolences will be received at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com. Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May NJ has been entrusted with arrangements.
