Porter, Frank N., Sr., age 89 of Villas, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Cape Regional Hospital.
Formerly of Lester, PA, Frank worked as a supervisor at Westinghouse for 36 years before retiring to Villas. He also was an Army veteran and a member of the Villas Fire Co., VFW, and volunteered at blood drives.
Frank is preceded in death by his son Frank N. Porter, Jr. and sisters Carol and Jean. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Cecelia (nee Fitzpatrick), daughter Cheryl Diamond-Carter (Bruce), sister Marian Dolores (Robert), 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 12pm-1pm on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Villas Fire Hall, 1619 Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ, followed by a memorial service at 1pm. A internment service will follow at the St. Mary's Cemetery, 1056 Seashore Rd., N. Cape May. Memorial contributions in Frank's honor can be made to a charity of your choice, or to Villas Fire Co..
