Patricia C Wiggins, age 75, of Cape May died Monday, January 6, 2014 at North Cape Center. Patricia was born November 26, 1938 in Wildwood, NJ. She is the daughter of the late William H and the late Isabel C (Burke) Ouram. Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Walter B Wiggins, Sr. on 11/18/2004. She is survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be private.
