Elizabeth "Betty" Welsh, 86, of Villas passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 after a brief illness. Betty, formerly of Delran, NJ, had been a Cape May County resident since 1991. She graduated from Rider University with a Masters degree and was a retired manager at the Cumberland County Guidance Center in Millville, NJ where she worked for 15 years. Betty was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She is survived by her children Elizabeth (Daniel) Poling, Joseph Welsh, Lyn Hublein and Bill (Patty) Welsh as well as her grandchildren Kaitlin, Paige, Lexi, Erin, Keira and Shannon. Services and burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cape May County Animal Shelter, 110 Shelter Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
