Obituary of Eric Kelly

Eric Charles Kelly, 24, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2022 from a massive brain bleed. He was a lifelong resident of Villas, NJ and recently became a proud homeowner of his dream house in Egg Harbor City, NJ. Eric was a graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School. Eric had a passion for antique collecting that he acquired during his time managing North End Thrift. He went onto become a commercial fisherman, first as a clammer on the Melissa K. and then scalloping for Cold Spring Fish and Supply Co. (Lobster House). Eric enjoyed motor sports, working on his beloved 1988 Blazer, boating and antique thrift shopping. He was best known for his random acts of kindness and was willing to help anyone at any time. He is survived by his parents, Joe and Tracey Kelly, his brothers Joey and Matthew (Rebecca) Kelly, his chosen brother and best friend, Joe Flick, his beloved niece Violet Kelly, his loving grandmother Lorraine Kelly and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Eric will be missed immensely by everyone especially his pride and joy dog Cooper Kelly. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11am at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ. Family and friends may call from 9-11am.
