Obituary of Richard Cammarano

Richard John Cammarano, 65, of North Cape May passed away on January 28, 2022 at Cooper Hospital surrounded by family. Rick was born and raised in Wildwood Crest, NJ. He graduated from Wildwood High School and went on to study at Stockton University earning a Bachelors in Business. Rick was a real estate broker for 46 years, having owned Cammarano Real Estate in Villas, NJ for 32 years before joining the Century 21 Alliance family where he worked until his passing. He proudly served 2 terms as Board President. Besides spending time with the love of his life, Suzee, he enjoyed fishing, the beach, sunsets and biking. Rick also enjoyed vacationing in Florida where he spent time with his daughter and her family. Rick is survived by his fiancé of 14 years, Suzee (Iames) Halbruner, his daughter Monica (Rick) Wood, 3 grandchildren Ian (18), Tyler (16) and Dominic (12), his sister, Kathleen Beck, his brother, James (Danielle) Cammarano, his niece, Tara (Frank) Janscura, his two nephews, Anthony Beck and JD Cammarano, his five step-children, Nichole (AJ) Vanderlinden, Sarah (Bob) Halbruner, Terri-Beth (Nick) Mimms, Matt and Colby Halbruner and six step-grandchildren. Rick is predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Kathleen Cammarano, his brother, Anthony Cammarano and his sister, Carol Cammarano. Rick will be dearly missed by Cheech and Marlee, his beloved miniature dachshunds. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John of God Church on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 11am.
