Saddened to hear of Ed's passing. We were neighbors and fellow police officers with NWPD NJ in 1960's. Ed was responsible, with others, for design of police patch that is still used today by the department, 60 years later. Ed was a good police officer and public speaker. He will surely be missed. Rest in peace, Ed.
