McElfresh, Dale E., Jr., age 70 of Erma passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. Born in Berkley, CA, he served in the US Coast Guard from 1970-1974, and was retired from the CMC Road Department. Dale enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his great-grandchild. He loved to sit around his garage talking and telling stories, and riding his quad. Dale was a member of the NRA, the Bayshore Sportsman's Club and the VFW.
Dale is predeceased by his parents Dale E. and Iona McElfresh Sr., son David V. McElfresh, Sr., and grandchildren Corey and Ashley. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Patricia C (Smith), daughter Stacey C. (Vince) Wagner, son Frederick D. McElfresh, grandchildren Julie M., Dylan F., David V. Jr., and Cheyanne R., great-grandchild Daniel M., sisters Edna (Norman) Silverson, Connie Shute, Melody Beard, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday October 27, 2021 at 11am at Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd., Cape May. Condolences can be shared at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com.
