Bruce D. Holmes age 66 of Villas, NJ passed away on Thursday August 26, 2021 at his home.
Bruce was born in Philadelphia, PA and a longtime resident of Lower Township, NJ. He had worked as a self employed painter. Bruce enjoyed stamp and coin collecting. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeri (July 2021) and sisters Maureen Perry and Dawn Holmes. Bruce is survived by siblings, Denise Spivey, Larry Holmes, Michael (Denise)Holmes, Lee Homes, Linda (Buck)Vaughan and Stephen Holmes. He also leaves his friend and caretaker Mike Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 6-7 PM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May, NJ and will be followed by a funeral service at 7 pm. Cremation will be private. Contributions can be made to Evoy Funeral Home to offset the funeral expenses.
