Obituary of Patrick A. Matthews

Patrick A. Matthews age 34 of Millville passed away suddenly on Saturday August 7, 2021 at his home. Patrick was born in Vineland and was formerly of North Cape May where he graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School. A proud Home Owner at his sanctuary in Millville & prized Chevy truck. Patrick was the Son of all Sons, & Brother of all Brothers. Oldest of the Matthews tribe. Tami's precious first born. With a smile that would capture the room, and a heart that loved so deep. The father to everyone's favorite little man, Colton McCrae. As to be expected, our hearts our broken. Pat worked as an Industrial Mechanic for LaMonica Fine Foods in Millville, for his Boss/Friend Danny LaVechia, whom he loved & respected so much. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and kayaker, all of which he enjoyed with his son. He also enjoyed working on cars, and planing dirt bike trips with his brothers. Feelings of lost is the only way to describe where we are all at currently. We can not begin to express how much he is going to be missed. Pat is survived by his loving parents John Matthews Sr. and Tammi Matthews; his son Colton McCrae(Candace Robertson); maternal grandmother aka Nana -Diane Black; siblings; Johnny(Tara), Jimmy(Nancy), Kari and Erin D'Angelo (Moe) . He also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, Patricks MiAmour of his life, Yois Sanchez & good friends which of whom, considered his family. Services are private.
