Boatman, Roy "Skip", age 44, of North Cape May, passed away on June 29, 2021. Roy was born in Casper,
Wyoming and has been an area resident since he was 1 ½ years old. He graduated high school from Lower Cape
May Regional in 1997 and made a living doing construction as a roofer and builder. Roy enjoyed drawing, adult
coloring books and playing cornhole with his brother Bob.
Roy is predeceased by his father; Gary Boatman, his paternal Grandfather; Skip Boatman, his maternal
Grandmother; Delilah Berkowitz and his maternal Grandfather; Albert C. Carlson, Sr. Surviving are his mother;
Carolyn (nee Carlson) Pew, his brothers; Robert and Clay Boatman and his Grandmother; Merna Boatman.
