Mullins, Louis "Bill" W., age 67, of Cape May Court House and formerly of Colwyn, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Bill made a living as a carpenter and owned his own company L.W.M. Builders. He enjoyed fishing and crabbing and was a member of the Covenant Bible Church of Fishing Creek. Bill is predeceased by his father Louis W. Mullins, Sr. and is survived by his mother, Jean (nee Chism) Mullins, and two daughters Monica Mullins and Jennifer Mullins-Tomlinson three grandchildren Andrew Tomlinson, Isaiah Lafleur and Amiyiah Lafleur and one great grandson Bentley Tomlinson his two sisters; Joanne and Jim Cornell of North Carolina and Linda and Tom Foley of Cape May Court House. There will be a graveside service for Bill on Wednesday, June 23 at 10am at the Baptist Cemetery in Cape May Court House. Donations can be made to the Atlantic City Rescue at www.acrescuemission.org.
