Eugenia B. Carter, age 88 of North Cape May passed away on Monday May 31, 2021 at the Victoria Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Orange, NJ to the late Michael and Malvena Butts and was formerly of Glen Ridge, NJ. Eugenia had worked as a bus driver in Glen Ridge. She enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening, spending time with family and eating at new restaurants. Eugenia was preceded in death by her husband Arthur R ."Reggie" Carter (May 5, 2021), her son-in-law Louis Saltarelli and brothers Theodore and Edward Butts. She is survived by her daughter Glen (Michele Ianucci) Carter, son Scott (Susan) Carter and daughter Tracy Saltarelli. She also leaves two grandchildren Christopher Scott Carter and John Michael Carter. Services are private. Condolences can be shared at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com
