Johns, Willis "Happy Bill" O., Jr., age 80 of Cape May Court House, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his home. Bill served in the Navy for 6 years before opening his own bar, "Billy's Place" in Burlington, NJ, and worked as a corporate supermarket representative in several locations. He was a very happy guy who enjoyed living his life to the fullest. He is survived by his children Brett (Val) Johns, Mark (Lori) Johns and Stacey Johns, 3 grandchildren, sisters Sandy (Auggie) Olivieri and Margo Campbell, best friends Richard and Donna Sanguinetti and his 2 dogs Pooh and Pooh Two. Services will be privately held.
