Smith, Francine E., age 66 years of Del Haven passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021. She was a devout Christian and member of the Calvary Chapel in Cape May, and enjoyed gardening. She is preceded in death by her son Justin Smith. Francine is survived by her children Jacob Rinier, Joshua Smith, Rebecca Smith and Jessica Smith, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and sister Diane Stienbach. Services will be privately held.
