Obituary of Barbara A. Mollenkof

Barbara Ann Dermott Mollenkof, age 73, of Villas, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, December 28, 2020. Born July 20,1947 at Margaret Mace to the late Thomas and Jimimia Dermott and was a life-long Cape May County resident. For many years she was a hair dresser before becoming a stay-at-home mother. Barbara was a God-fearing woman who served the Lord with all her heart. She was a long-time member of the Rio Grande Fire company Lady's Auxiliary. Barb enjoyed crocheting, genealogy research, and watching NCIS. She loved to tell stories of her childhood to anyone and everyone. Her greatest enjoyment came from making memories with her children and grandchildren as well as sitting on the porch with dog prince. Barbara is predeceased by her son Robert T. Mollenkof Jr. (2019) and is survived by her husband of 53 years Robert T. Mollenkof Sr; children Victoria Mollenkof, Thomas (Brenda) Mollenkof, and Michael (Fawn) Mollenkof; grandchildren Johnathan, Thomas, Robert, Alyssa, Joseph, Zachary, Tony, Dalton, Patrick, Megan, Jennifer, Jacob, Gaven, Kiara, Kaiden, Kailyn; and great grandchildren Johnathan, Kaylonni, TayVeon and Ryder, as well as many nieces, nephews, and sister in-law Barbara. Barbara will be terribly missed by her family and all others that knew her. Services will be held publicly at gravesite on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1:00pm at Baptist Cemetery, 200 Church St., Cape May Court House through Evoy Funeral Home.
