Fredericks, Harry G., age 82 of Villas, passed away December 21, 2020. Born in and formerly of Philadelphia, Harry summered in Villas, NJ since 1967 and moved permanently in 2004. He started his trucking career as a truck driver for Milton K. Morris Trucking in North East Philadelphia, then worked as a truck driver and mechanic for Bentley Truck Service. He was a member of the Navy Reserves, Teamsters Local #107, Elks Lodge of Cape May, Villas Fishing Club, VFW in Villas, Moose Lodge in Wildwood, and American Legion in Williamstown. Harry was a true "Jack of all trades"; besides his vast skills in mechanics, he was an avid carpenter, electrician and plumber, and loved boating. He is predeceased by his parents Harry and Elsie Fredericks, son Stephen G Fredericks (2015), brother Robert Fredericks, sister Doris Roth and sister-in-law Irene Singlar. Harry is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patricia, daughter Patrice (Rick) Cantin, and son Mark (Kimberly) Fredericks, 4 grandchildren Matthew J Whiteley (Michelle), Stephanie Ann Funari (Daniel), Stephen J. Fredericks (Samantha) and Joseph Cantin (Samantha), 6 great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law Anna M. Singlar. A memorial service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers or plants, contributions in Harry's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1942.
