I was greatly saddened to hear of Freddie's passing. It was my pleasure and honor to work with her for many years at the library. She was always kind and helpful to all who came through our doors. Rest in peace my friend and may your family find comfort in the precious memories of a lovely soul. Ed Carson

My sincere condolences to the McCullough family at this time. Moms play a special part in lives. I lost mine in June last year after she lived in the same house I grew up in Northfield since 1967. I had to write because I remember Freda well since I was a lifeguard for one summer in 1979 at the Belleplain State Park in Woodbine where she along with her twin daughters Lisa and Beth helped work their mom's concession stand. I was only 16 at the time but I remember the family because I was also invited to stay at their home on several occasions that summer in the camper parked next to the house. Her daughters along with Freda were very nice to me. The girls might remember me as Bob Moyer when they showed me a good time in Cape May. After that my ensuing summers were spent as a lifeguard in Ocean City for six years. At the end of my last summer I eventually moved from my hometown of Northfield to Utah almost 35 years ago but I still kept in touch with my roots in South Jersey. I hope this reaches Lisa because it would be nice to hear from an old friend from 41 years ago whose mom was so special. Again my condolences. R.I.P.

Sorry to hear of Freddie's passing. She was so helpful & kind when my children needed help at the library. Even after they were grown she always asked after them when I visited the library. May she rest in peace. Teresa Jones

I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of Freddie. She was a dear friend of Ruth and Richard Morse when I first met her and my friendship continued over the many years we worked together at the library.
She was loved by so many patrons she helped to gather information needed or suggest books she recommended for them. Everyone knew Freddie and she had many friends she greeted with a smile and they knew she cared about them and their families.
She was a dear friend of mine and I will miss
her.
Rest In Peace Freddie.
