Obituary of John A Hruska

John A. Hruska Jr. born Nov 2, 1983 passed away at the age of 36 on Oct 21, 2020. Lifelong resident of Cape May County. Survived by his parents John Hruska and Sue Baker. Siblings Melissa Hruska, Josh Baker and Jasson Baker. He was a father to 2 beautiful daughters Haleigh (14), Brielle Hruska (8), and 1 handsome son John (10); an uncle to 5 nephews- Joshua, Jayden, Justin, Jacob Baker and David Peary, and 5 nieces - Shevi'Lynn, Lacee, Talia, Paisley Calfine, and Leahanna Baker. Also a "Great" Uncle to Mckinnley Toney. He is also survived by his girlfriend Sara and her son Kayden, among many other family members and friends. John loved family, playing jokes and making people laugh. He loved spending time on the water recreationally and being a commercial fisherman. He also had a passion for being in the woods where he enjoyed the silence and hunting. He had a huge heart and was always full of so many ideas. There will be an opportunity to peacefully walk through and say farewell from 2pm to 4pm on Friday October 30th at Evoy's Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May. This will not be a sit down service. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to contribute towards individual savings accounts for each of his 3 children.
