George F Deckman, Sr., age 84, of Villas passed away peacefully Thursday, October 31, 2013 at his home. He was born March 30, 1929 in Harrisburg, PA. George is the son of the late James and the late Catherine (Smith) Deckman. He was employed by Frank B Plank & Sons, Phila., PA as a Casket Maker. George is survived by his wife: Rita J (Albertini) Deckman; two sons: George F Deckman, Jr. of Villas, NJ & Richard V Deckman of West Grove, PA; three brothers: James Deckman of FL, Charles Deckman of PA, Robert Deckman of Norristown, PA. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
