Craig R. Donahue, age 85, of Villas passed away peacefully Sunday, October 27, 2013 at his home. Craig was born in Philadelphia, PA, and has been a Cape May area resident since 1989. He was employed by Bell Telephone of Philadelphia, AT&T as a communications worker, and after retirement by the Lower Township MUA. Craig was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St Barnabas By the Bay Church; was a volunteer fireman in Pennsauken, NJ; a member of: Villas Fishing Club, Villas VFW, Villas Elks Club, and the Free & Accepted Masons of Merchantville, NJ. Craig is survived by his wife of 64 years Dawn (nee Wuchter) Donahue of Villas; his daughter Barbara (Ron) Jolly of Margate, NJ; his daughter Judy (Gill) Brandis of Villas, NJ; and his son Craig (Denise) Donahue, Jr. of Villas, NJ. Also surviving are his sister Myrtle Farnsworth; his brother Robert Funk; his 3 grandchildren: Ambre, Michelle, & Kerryn; his 4 step grandchildren: Steven Franco, Christopher Franco, Michelle Hoffman, & Stacy Ramsey; his 15 great grandchildren and his beloved dogs, Lucy & Paco. There will be a Memorial Service at 12 noon on Friday, November 1, 2013 at St Barnabas By the Bay Church, 13 W Bates Ave, Villas, NJ 08251; where friends will be received from 11:30 to 12 noon.
