Higman, Carol, age 69 of Villas, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020. Carol worked as a Special Services School Aide and Employment Trainor for 30 years, and was protestant by faith. She is predeceased by her brother, James Bell. Carol is survived by her husband of 50 years, Joseph, son Joseph Jr. (wife Erin), and grandchildren Riley and Jake. Services will be at a later date.
