Gallagher, Dorothy, age 87 of Del Haven, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019. Born in and formerly of Philadelphia, Dorothy has been an area resident for 27 years. She enjoyed participating in the weekly seniors quilting class at the Senior Center. She is predeceased by her husband William (1979) and son Jeffrey Gallagher (2018). Dorothy is survived by her children Karen (Frederick) Schad and William Gallagher, grandchildren Frederick Schad, Jamie Gallagher, Shannon Gallagher, Janice Gallagher, Emily Gallagher and Sarah Gallagher, and 4 great-grandchildren. A funeral service for Dorothy will be held 12 noon on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, N Cape May, NJ; friends may call one hour prior to service from 11am-12noon. Interment will be privately held. Contributions in memory of Dorothy can be made to the Senior Center of Lower Township. Condolences can be shared at www.EvoyFuneralHome.com.
