Francis T Sheehan, Sr. "Lou", age 80, of Villas, NJ passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013. Frank was born in Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Phoenixville, PA, and has been a Cape May area resident since 1997. He attended West Catholic High School in Philadelphia. Frank was an insurance salesman for several agencies in the Philadelphia area. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of St Raymond's RC Church. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather. Frank was an avid sports fan, enjoyed going to the beach, and watching football (especially Notre Dame). He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary in 2009, 7 brothers, and 4 sisters. Frank is survived by his children: Joan Sheehan of Media, PA; Frank (Susan) Sheehan, Jr. of Boothwyn, PA; Kevin (Franny) Sheehan of Essington, PA; Kenneth Sheehan of Elkton, MD; Robyn (John) Schlobon of Garnet Valley, PA; Margaret (Raymond) DelFera of Brookhaven, PA; Doreen Sheehan of Aston, PA; Shawn (Jennifer) Sheehan of Villas, NJ; and Brian Sheehan (Jackie Morroni) of Villas, NJ. Also surviving are his brother Edward Sheehan, his sister Addie Campbell, 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St Raymond's RC Church, Ocean & Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ 08251; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. The family suggests donations in Frank's memory to St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
