Carole Lee Carney, age 75 of Villas, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Born in Wildwood, Carole was a lifelong area resident working as a bank teller for Cape Savings Bank in N. Cape May, waitress at Keenes Kitchen, hostess at Hammonds Restaurant, and chamber maid at El Coronado Motor Inn. She enjoyed crafts, including ceramics and rock painting, and baking. She is predeceased by her parents Alice and LeRoy Church, twin sister Judith Mcpherson, and sister Sharon Sockriter. Carole is survived by her companion of 33 years, Rose LeCompte, children Serenna Cubernot (Donald Moore), April Koning, and Shane Cubernot, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and sister Cheryl J. Mason. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 1pm – 6pm at Villas VFW, 6 E. Delaware Parkway, Villas.
